Service Description
For first-time visitors or those who want to get a better understanding of how to navigate Paris - from the physical navigation to cultural navigation, our In-City Paris Orientation is designed for you. Whether you've planned your own itinerary with the Paris Your Way 2025 Travel Guide or through our concierge services, this one-hour session can make your time in Paris even better. We'll meet for an authentically Parisian cafe, run through a Paris-essentials primer as well as answer your questions.
Cancellation Policy
We recommend booking in-city trip orientation no earlier than 6 hours post-arrival to accommodate for flight or traffic delays. If your flight is significantly delayed or rescheduled, rebooking within 48 hours of original appointment will not be charged a penalty. Meetings booked more than 48 hours beyond original appointment may be subject to a $99 rescheduling fee. Meetings completely cancelled will not be refunded.
